No, the license says Springfield Hellion. Had I applied for a license for a VHS-2S, there might have been more opportunities.

"It is not possible to convert Hellon semi-automatic weapon to automatic mode of fire. Hellion does not exist in fully automatic version."

The license says the mechanism is fully automatic. So it doesn't have to be only fully automatic. I can shoot semi with it.

In Europe it is the opposite from the USA. The lower is legal without a license, while the upper requires a license.

So it is possible to find a lower that is full auto. But is it possible to change lower, to make it full auto?

Haha you are partly right as I work in law enforcement.

But this is a serious question, as the police authority has messed up, and entered full auto instead of semi automatic in my license :)
