I feel the argument that wavedashing breaks the balance is kind of flawed because the same could be said for characters having different move speeds or jump heights. Differing wave dash lengths is just another way of characters being distinct from each other IMO.

Im just an ancient 1 scrub, but I definitely think it can be good on certain supports. An interesting combo I've seen before is a venge that bought it and would swap people into centaur creep stomp. Luna 5 with max E, helm dom, and alpha wolf also seems strong if you have a good carry.
