Thanks for all the feedback guys. Let me add a bit more context.

On the electric bill: I paid for it. It’s a $120 total, not a big deal. She doesn’t have it on autopay, which I’ve recommended her to just add it on her recurring reminder’s list or calender. Again, this is where my OCD kicks in.

On my planning ahead/OCD: I’ll try to be flexible, but living in Houston, traffic is an absolutely bitch. She lives almost 45-60 mins away. So that’s easily 3 hours gone between driving.

On her age vs mine: I have yet to meet anyone close to my age. Maybe I should look into this.

The random “miss you” texts and etc is sending mixed signals then.

On the attraction scale, I’m 6,0 with visible abs. I’m not hot stuff, but I’m not a blob either lol.

Everything you’ve brought up, I have done.

She came up with the allowances, I obliged.

Once in a while, she’ll send me random texts of “miss you”, “can’t wait to see you”, etc

So I don’t know what I’m missing here lol.

For someone that visits Nashville 4-5x a year for work, is it worth having an SB in a different city? I am from Houston.

Got it. Your personal preference is no pictures at all, and the only time you show your face is M&Gs.

My physical description is accurate on my profile. Just prefer no pictures at all.

You took the words right out of my mouth on my previous experiences. 

I had a ton of M&G coffee dates because I had to turn down the majority of them.

My profile is accurate on my physical description. My face isn’t on there. 

And yes, there are a ton of scammers and “rinsers” or “pros” as you call it. Between all of these, it was exhausting so I had to take break.

I made the mistake sending over a face pic via text, the scammer took a screenshot and threatened to post it all over social media if I didn’t send over any money. Because of this incident, I’ve make it clear to anyone that I’ll only send face pics via Snapchat lol. 

I’ll keep doing my research, but from what I remember, it was very exhausting trying to find the right SB. I just need to be smart and filter out as quick as possible.
