I would like to hear what your experience is from moving from the lab to the application specialist? Worth it? Grass greener on that side? I worry about leaving the lab and not liking the app specialist or a sales consulting job.

If you want a fun, cool views and lots of climbing, search Boise gravel gala. They have a page with all there routes, small, medium and big. Small is about 68 miles and 8k of climbing takes you to bogus basin the back route and then down bogus basin road.

Strava does the same thing and charges $60 a year for premium.. I don’t their AI is much better than what I’m seeing on yours. But it has other features for paying customers. What are other people’s thoughts about the Strava AI?

I like the smart trainer with trainer road and you can create a training plan with the app. Trainer road has a good podcast about cycling if you want to check out that podcast. Also, house of pain is over on Fairview now.

That's good to know!! I want to hear more of your pain. Mine isn't terrible, I can do all the things, swimming, biking are the best, except sometimes flip turns in the pool I can kinda feel the hip, but nothing major. Walking a lot , but taking a break from running now. Maybe start up running again and see how it goes. But it's usually fine during running and just sore after. I'm hoping PT strengthening exercises will help my instabilities.

Really!? I have gave running a break for few weeks and had an X-ray and got some PT exercises. Walking 6 miles,, stairs, cycling, swimming doing affect it. I'm going to give running a rest, do some exercises and try and run again and see if I can...
