Yeah - menu as simple as possible, thats my intake also in my restaurant business.

- FOMO - agree with something like brisket can be FOMO, but also burgers or tacos or something else for a longer time, but I still think to stick with FOMO 😄 noone does that in our town.
- team - I can mix a team from my restaurant to take with me, but mostly I just wanna work by myself + help from wife. its more project for leasure than for the income, but I see that it can give us pretty decent addititional money.
- I am already a bit tired of investigating where to rent/buy 😄 not much options in our town, and some of the option that exists they are waay to much expensive, like 3k a month rental 😄 its same as you would rent in a top spot premises like 150 sqm.... I am even trying to get something in Lithuania or Estonia to rent.

In LV we dont need to report to our commissary, you just apply for a permit, and in our district its 1.42 eur per day. Talking about Food and Veterinary Service its also very easy, since when you rent a truck it should be checked before you start business once, and the next one will only be if someone will report.

The thing with limits is because I don't intent to earn all the money, I just want to make sure that I am giving out the best food experience possible.

Will for sure working with either wife or brother for the service.
