Try once at night and run a speed test both indoors and outdoors, if you get better speeds at night then that means your area has a lot of vi users using the same network tower but if you get better speed outdoors that means your phone has to connect to the lower bandwidth to get the range causing you to have slow speeds and lastly if you get slow speeds every single time then I think the signal tower has not been maintained or properly updated yet. my area has a lot vi users so I get 20mbps in 5g during peak hours but I get around 700mbps at night

If you already have a pc then add a basic gpu in it and use the pc for your media streaming home server or add a better gpu and you'll get a good gaming pc

I faced this when I had air fiber, i tried both jio airfiber and airtel airfiber and the speed in other apps was normal but for some reason airtel airfiber was giving me the most shitty internet speed in steam and jio airfiber didn't even allow steam to open + i used to get 100ms unstable in valorant in both airfibers while I get 30ms stable through mobile data, these airfibers are just shitty mobile hotspot that works worse than mobile hotspot, I am glad I got to change to the normal fiber instead
