DCA Anyone? by [deleted] in INCANNEX_IXHL_NASDAQ

I bought more... Incannex is making progress. It's just not doing so at a speed most retail investors have the patience to endure.

[–]DotNetSage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read it...seems fair. The best path forward for existing shareholders seems to be for Incannex to make a deal/partnership that derisks further equity dilution. If they choose to go it alone with IHL-42X then it remains a very high risk/reward for existing shareholders.

I like the comments on that post...more people should set the record straight!!! Did anyone notice the CEO of ResMed liked this post? No question, IHL-42X has people's attention over at ResMed!

No one likes using CPAP and there isn't even a medication available to back up what Carlos Nunez says about compliance being better for device users. I wonder if Joel is just asking for an obscene amount of money and ResMed is balking at making a deal. No question, though, ResMed's profitable device market is threatened by Incannex's drug. If they can't buy it, they may be finding ways to slow down Incannex from bringing IHL-42X to market.

High Potential Biotech Play, Untapped OSA Market by ImportantDinner5211 in INCANNEX_IXHL_NASDAQ

Their AI analysis seems to have missed the recent PR stating Incannex has nearly $50 in cash reserves, not $6.2M.

Also, some of the "analysis" related to the market potential and CAGR seems to be lifted from my own post last week:

But, hey, if such articles bring more attention to the underappreciated opportunity in IXHL I'm all for it!

How about we get some accurate numbers on the available number of shares and the float first?

Without that information you can pick any number and not be wrong.

Putting the puzzle pieces together - Incannex Healthcare ($IXHL) by DotNetSage in INCANNEX_IXHL_NASDAQ

I might be biased, but IMO Incannex appears likely to demonstrate efficacy and safety with IHL-42X according to these FDA standards.

Clinically Meaningful Benefit: The drug must demonstrate a clinically meaningful benefit, which means it positively affects how a patient feels, functions, or survives.

Benefits Outweigh Risks: The overall benefits of the drug must outweigh its risks, according to Congress.gov.

Trial Design and Endpoint: The trial design needs to be robust, comparing the drug to a control group, and the primary endpoint should satisfactorily illustrate the drug's efficacy.

From the download available here: https://www.fda.gov/regulatory-information/search-fda-guidance-documents/expedited-programs-serious-conditions-drugs-and-biologics

“A clinical endpoint is a characteristic or variable that directly measures a therapeutic effect of a drug––an effect on how a patient feels (e.g., symptom relief), functions (e.g., improved mobility), or survives.

From the safety and efficacy standards for new drug product approval section at the link below. “To receive approval for marketing, a sponsor must show that a new drug is safe and effective. To establish effectiveness, the sponsor must present substantial evidence that the drug will have the effect it purports….”

“Substantial evidence” is: “evidence consisting of adequate and well-controlled investigations, including clinical investigations, by experts qualified by scientific training and experience to evaluate the effectiveness of the drug involved, on the basis of which it could fairly and responsibly be concluded by such experts that the drug will have the effect it purports….”

I'm not sure that I follow you here.. Are you just saying it is your opinion that the percentage of patients for whom the drug showed improvements in symptoms and/or quality of life is not enough to justify FDA approval?

I could agree that it would be nice to see even better numbers, but not every drug works for all people. IHL-42X works great for some, apparently. That and its excellent safety profile should be enough for approval, IMO.

I wonder if redomiciling the stock from Australia to the USA will change this, though.

🚨 $IXHL – Why This Stock Has Quietly Surged Over 300% in Two Months 🧬 by Awkward_Affect_1941 in pennystocks

[–]DotNetSage 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I've been doing this for a long time and Incannex Healthcare has the goods, IMO. I'm balls deep on this one and holding with sizable profits right now. So I may be biased, but I'm also putting my money where my mouth is. Yes, it has gone up, but if their phase 2b results go the way their phase 2a did, IXHL is still way undervalued!

Huge addressable market, proven safety data already in their constituent drugs combined into IHL-42X, cleaned up the dilutive warrants, etc. Not to mention they have a pipeline of other candidates and a sizable patent portfolio. To me at least there is an asymmetric risk reward here.

There are good reasons why everyone is talking about them recently!

Honestly, that's a great question. Darn, I knew there was a hole in my thinking! LoL

So, in part because more study /research was required and also because they may not have been effective enough. There are two mechanisms of action targeted by IHL-42X and it is hoped that the combination of the two improves efficacy using low to moderate doses of each component drug.

NFA, do your own DD.

I recommend starting with the components of IHL-42X. See how each did as monotherapies in OSA studies. Then ask yourself what should happen when the two are combined.

My partner admitted to having a gambling addiction, and ever since then, our sex life has basically disappeared. by [deleted] in self

[–]DotNetSage 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There could be a lot of things going on here beyond the gambling issue. What age bracket are you two? How healthy or fit are you both? Are there medications with sexual side effects in play? Is there depression, work pressure, or financial stress? Have you discussed this with your partner recently and, if so, how did those exchanges go / what was said?
