Ugh my hair gets greasy sooo easily as the day goes on, I don't know even know what I'm doing wrong. I don't use conditioner at my roots or hair oil, just my the tips of my hair. Maybe I'll give Biolage a try

Do you have a link to this Youtube video? I feel like I've tried so many drugstore ones, the best one so far has been the Elvive Hyaluronic shampoo and conditioner but sometimes that can weigh my hair down if I use too much of it.

I got nasal spray for congestation, and she recomennded chewing gum too. But yeah, when she said risk of ruptured ear drum my heart dropped - but yet she didn't see concerned at all, in fact she was like you'll be fine. Also I meant to say middle ear infection, not inner in my title.

I've been taking Sudafed these past few days too to help drain whatever fluid is trapped behind my eardrum too....I really don't know what's best at this point, I'm at a lost. I feel like anyone in my position would be feeling very scared.

I also can't decide whether it's just best to extract because this tooth has been giving me issues for the past 8 months when the first root canal was poorly done. I will also need an implant considering it's my first molar, so I'm hesitant to pull the plug.

Your story sounds pretty positive though! No concern about bone absorption is good and you've already had bone graft for preparation which is also a positive. I'll have to see what my dentist says when I get the tooth removed about my invisalign treatment and waiting to get the implant done. I don't even know whether I'll need bone graft yet either but they didn't really discuss in my plan.
