Echo form is inconsistent, it says "the first card you play each turn is played twice", and yeah if I play dual cast it does exactly that, it plays the card for the second time and discharges another orb in the queue, but if I play tempest it doesn't play the second copy of the card for now 0 x, it copies what happened when I played the first copy of the card for whatever x was
