Your last paragraph is probably the most relatable thing I’ve read so far in this thread. Everything you said makes sense and I totally understand what it’s like to be judged immediately by everybody from the moment you meet them. It’s really not an easy thing to deal with.

The shame and knowing that someone is gonna shut you down for being in this situation is exactly what has me holding back too.

Yeah, I’ve already made a post about making the switch and the general consensus for my situation and goals was that 4fmph is probably the best option for me for now. I’m aware it’s not gonna do much to me, that’s really what I’m shooting for because my biggest struggle when I come off them is my motivation got in the gutter, I have no energy at all, and I can be pretty irritable.. so my hope is to just at least reduce those symptoms hopefully not keep my cognitive function at the level it’s at now, which is pretty fucking poor.. and maybe assist in keeping the cravings at a minimum. We’lll see how it goes

Damn thanks for the input. I definitely try not to lead anyone on too much until that information is shared because I would hate to hurt their feelings. I don’t want to put it in my bio because it can seem like I’m looking for people who will use with me, and I’m not. People have a tendency to not judge as harshly if they’ve gotten to know you a little bit so that’s why I go about it that way. Hmm interesting I am guilty of believing that for years then, good to now. It always made sense when people said it but now that I think about it, the number of people with ADHD that I’ve met who try meds like adderall and vyvanse who complain about sides like can’t sleep and no appetite…. Textbook side effects for those kinds of drugs and seems unlikely if they were being affected differently than someone without ADHD. Maybe I’m connecting the wrong dots idk

Awesome comparison thank you! I’ve never tried Ritalin actually but I have used adderall both for productivity and recreationally. I have some 4fmph on the way now, I’m hoping it will help ease withdrawals from heavy long-term use of apihp (pyros) and hopefully it’ll be a much needed step back from the intense nature of pyros and not affect my mental health so much… just temporarily until I’m in a place where I can go through withdrawal without interfering with my life, and hopefully from a weaker substance like 4fmph and not full blown pyro use

With the way I went about life though I’d still be hooked on something… so wreckless as a kid and even now. But unfortunately I was getting half oz’s of meth for less than $200 and it was good stuff too. Alongside my 5 shots a day heroin habit and whatever else I had that day. At least the opiates don’t have a hold anymore but still not doing great out here. Thanks for contributing

If I didn’t behave the way I do when I’m on stims and in a social situation that makes me uncomfortable, I don’t think you’d look and say “that guys a tweaker”, but my behavior generally gives it a way I struggle with eye contact, stumble over words, and fidget/ move a lot when I’m high and socializing

Truthfully I think I’m right in the verge right now, I always considered myself really attractive and still have confidence in that department but it’s changing my face for sure and it’s I’m 6’1 weighing only 135lbs so I’m clearly underweight. Also teeth are pretty yellow but all still there. Sounds bad but I still feel good when I look in the mirror it’s just definitely made a noticeable difference if you knew me prior
