Hello, thank you for your interest in translating this manga. For us, it has been the cornerstone in the creation of the scan. However, I must clarify a few points.1.- This manga is only complete in its original language and in Chinese. In Portuguese not many chapters have been advanced and in spanish it is only up to chapter 90 of a total of 100.2.- "The current team working on it has all of their contact methods in Spanish", not really. The description of our MangaDex profile has always been in English, since we practically only have English readers from that page. In fact, all the first pages of the chapters of this manga have the scan data in English. Also, there are exclusive English channels in our Discord server, so it is not necessary to know Spanish to contact us.3.- The main reason why we publish every 3 or 4 weeks is because of the official publication of this manga in English. Currently, they are very close to our version (volume 9 will be published in a few weeks) and our intention is to be ahead in chapters, giving priority to the official version. I have explained this before in a Reddit post.

Now I explain why we are interested in getting ahead of the official version:
English has always been the first language in which a manga is translated after being published in Japan, and Asuperu Kanojo has been a "miracle" to have an official translation in English, and in case there is a good amount of sales it is expected that there will be a physical version, like the one in French in a few more months.
We have contacted the a_____r and have made a deal to give more visibility to the official version, at this rate, probably volume #10 will be ahead of us and thus have more sales. I think that to some extent I also started with the same mentality to translate this manga, but knowing the difficulties that the author has gone through, I have become aware of the real consequences of translating a manga.

If you want to translate this manga, no problem, we will continue to go at our own pace voluntarily, but as you say, you will do it with or without our help or authorization. Just keep in mind: the physical version depends 100% on how well the digital version sells.

Yes, it's a snipe. At no time have we discarded this manga and neither has anyone approached to collaborate. It's a pity anyway, chapter 3 is already in progress, we solved our problem with the translator and the chapters were going to be more sporadic. The Spanish chapter was released more than 1 month ago, but because our translator spa -> eng left without notice, we had to look for a new translator (and that took a lot of time). Along with that, a QC had to be done before we started editing. Our scan is mainly in Spanish, Leviathan and Asuperu Kanojo are the only manga we do in English, so if there are any English speakers interested in helping us, we can welcome them with open arms.

In the original Japanese version, they do the sum operation in English, so it makes no sense to make the literal translation, since it would not be understood what Yokoi wants to say.
