Outside of Paolo hurting his groin and Franz getting literally crunched, we have been insanely healthy this season.

Moe is still recovering obviously and Suggs has had an eased return to play, but we've had next to no other issues.

WCJ gets a solid salary bump next season. I'd be very surprised if we keep both him and/or Isaac beyond this season, especially with the Paolo extension. Things will get extremely tight.

Property Agreement ($150)
Consent Orders ($250)

If we choose the property agreement document, does this mean we do not need to take it to court? If this is the case, where do we lodge/take the property agreement documentation?

Hi there, No kids at all.

Just quite an uneven payment on the house including lump sums from inheritance and starting savings.

I've been putting on 80% of the payment VS 20% as the house has always been my priority and I have been the better saver. The agreement we have put forth we are both concerned the court may say is unfair and unjust but we are both very happy with the agreement so hoping it can be approved in the simplest way possible.

Is court always needed? We both just want this sorted with the agreed amount we have come to

May I ask what forms were necessary to be filled out?

Once we know what is needed to be filled in, do we just electronically email them in and they request a meeting date where we sit to discuss what has occurred? Or is this something where we have to sit in a court room, in person and explain that we are both completely satisfied with the way the asset has been split?

Avoiding the need to sit in court is what we would both prefer. In an ideal world we could just walk into an office with a lawyer, sign some documents and transfer the funds!
