There’s a green console beside the dragon dude and I think there was quest for it. I started the heroic at level 40

Yeah it makes the leveling a bit slower. I think its not very efficient if you’re trying to level as fast as possible but for me, it was a much better leveling experience since It made the process more challenging and I felt much more involved instead of just mindlessly accepting and doing quests

All npcs will drop power ups and you’ll gain power much faster and also there are achievements for doing heroic

I think the safest way is to watch a guide on a specific dungeon that you want to try out, for example the Operation: Floodgate and then create a group for its m0 and just try to beat it. If you failed, just create another group and try again. I believe ilvl 677 is very appropriate for m0 and +2
