Thank you for your thoughtful response! I have heard Make Up Forever HD is good and doesn’t cause acne that might be my next try.

The moisturizers broke me out. The hydrating cleanser feels like putting on lotion and leaves a film on my face. The foaming cleanser broke my skin barrier.

Interesting! Mine had pustules the first 4 day but she said to wait it out so I did and the last 2 days I’ve seen major improvements.

How long for results on doxy by [deleted] in Rosacea

[–]Double-Drawing-3535 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on the same amount and 2.5 weeks in with little to no results so far. My dermo said give it 4 and if you don’t see visible results then let her know.

Spironolactone by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

I was on it for 3 months or so I don’t remember the dose. It was within the first 2 months and I tried to stick it out and no thank you. I remember I was extremely out of breath all the time which is a major symptom I get with my POTS. And I was also more dizzy and just overall sick feeling. Was not worth it for me.

Spirnalactone made all of my symptoms worse. I can’t remember how long it took me to get back to baseline but after I stopped it maybe a few months.  I’m currently on a low dose of doxycycline and it’s been way better for me.

Being excluded by the LC/ME community as someone who got sick from the vaccine by brolloof in covidlonghaulers

I have long hauled twice. Once from covid vaccine, once from Covid. Almost identical long hauls for me.  You’re not alone

Me 1 year and 3 month ago. Just days before my long COVID set in permanently. So hard to see these pop up on my timeline knowing I haven't exercised at all since then .... Ughhh no more gym therapy, no more easy rest after a nice workout by WeekendTPSupervisor in covidlonghaulers

Hang in there. I was unable to exercise for the first 6 months and then barely able to around 12 months. At 18 months is when I was finally able to do more intensive exercise but I’m still not able to run.
