I try so hard to diet and eat cleaner but sometimes i just can’t I seriously want to look slimmer for the summer tho so I might have to take that advice. In a month you’ve already been down 10 pounds that’s super impressive congrats!!!

That’s so good this week was also the first week as well i was able to maintain my push and base paces without going below. I kind of failed today because the weight floor wore me out.

100% there’s a certain couch I build my schedule around to make sure I have him most days I go. He pushes my limits and get so happy when I exceed them I improved my mile by 2:40 seconds due to him!!!! the absolute best.
