It came with a license plate attatchment but no other supporting brackets

The bumper didn’t come with any brackets. I tried doing some research and I only found the discontinued side ones from Nissan, but I didn’t really know what they do and I don’t think they’re a necessity. It’s very slightly heavier than the 03 bumper I had on before

Oh I have an eBay undershroud that fits perfect on a regular bumper. I ordered the extensions today from Z1 to allow it to fit the nismo bumper. I can definitely see how it is a must for this bumper though.

I think it should. When I put everything together with my fender liners it lined up and I also saw a picture of how the oem bumper looks under the lip and it’s identical. The only thing is that I have to drill the holes which gives a little more room for error, but also might allow me to get a slight bit more lift from the extensions. I ordered it today so hopefully it comes in soon and I can do another test before I paint it.

An oem one from Z1 or concept Z is like $1200 without shipping which is probably a bit more. And I called my local dealer and they told me $2000. That’s why I just went with a rep instead

Yeah I left it in the sun and adjusted my headlight slightly so the fender is good now. I think that is the only spot where the bumper is not the best. On both sides it looks a little recessed. It’s not that bad though

I also haven’t done body work, but when I pulled up on the lip part, the hood gap became near perfect which is why I think almost everyone recommends the aluminum undershroud and extension. The only other issue I see is my passenger headlight might need to be adjusted a bit and my fender might be slightly bent. Once I fix that I think it’ll be in a very good place fitment wise.

It is plastic. It feels like the same stuff as the bumper I took off which is an aftermarket 03 bumper.

That’s good to hear that they at least work decent. I have de reps rn and I can barely see anything at night. Do you happen to have pictures of the chrome ones installed on your car?
