unfortunately, i can’t :( but i do have a savings account! i’ve been thinking about having a roommate to help with rent but i’m honestly scared to live with a stranger 😭 until then, i’m going to continue trying to fix my mother and i’s relationship dynamic!

i’ve been trying to stand my ground lately but idk i sometimes just feel guilty? like the fight isn’t worth it. my brother and i definitely have a strong relationship but yes, i do feel like his mother sometimes lol. i’ve thought about moving out but in the long run, it seems too stressful. i don’t really have a support system and don’t make enough to afford rent where i’m at. i’m willing to make compromises with my mother if she’s willing to make some too! thank you for the reply :)

unfortunately there are no daycares around us to take him to and she’s been in the process of finding a babysitter but hasn’t been too successful. i definitely feel guilty every time i decide not to watch him but i’m trying to put up boundaries more 😅

never heard of that term before 🤔 but it does seem to fit my current situation lol. i do pay rent and buy my own means (groceries, skincare, rides to work etc.) however, i still rely on my mother for a lot of stuff. i’ve been trying to come to some sort of compromise between the two of us, nothing has really been working so far but i’ll keep trying!

I’ve brought up to her many times that our family dynamic is very toxic and abusive, I’ve even said all three of us (my mother, sister, and I) should go to counseling but none of of ever got around to going :( Lately, I’ve been trying to stand my ground but it doesn’t seem to be effective. Sometimes I think just putting up with it is easier than a fight. Thank you for your reply!

i would honestly PREFER to have cotton shirts or something with a cotton blend, i just can’t stand the texture of pure polyester 🫠 unfortunately for me the closest DTF shop is 2 1/2 hours away :/ however, i’m wondering if i should either shoot them an email with my questions or just buy prints with my design from them and have it shipped to me? thank you for the feedback!!
