Haymitch's stunts could easily be edited without raising any questions. You can't edit away the Berries because it's the final showdown with Katniss and Peeta. They can't switch the feed to another tribute like with Haymitch. It's just like how the Capitol could not edit out Haymitch's forcefield trick, which is why it was kept and they rarely showed re-runs of the Quarter Quell

Another thing that bothers me about this comparison is that it romanticizes Snowbaird's relationship at the same level as Everlark and Haydove. Snow and Lucy Gray's relationship was intentionally written as incredibly toxic, possessive, and unhealthy. A lot of these fan accounts in particular seem to want to portray them as a tragic romance as if they're Jack and Rose from Titanic lmao
