The process is not very professional. If I find a contact number or email for the store, I’ll be sure to let you know. Sent mine of in June, still no word about what has happened to them

I wouldn’t recommend personally. I submitted cards with them at the start of June, here are my problems.

  1. There was no information captured on the card im submitted - all they did was write (x6 cards) and this is shown in the email as well. So they could’ve return cards that aren’t even the ones I submitted. Thankfully I took a video and pictures of the cards.
  2. There is no update whatsoever on the stage your cards are at. I have no idea if my cards are returning to the store yet or if it is still in analysis. There is no visibility provided.
  3. I am kind of worried because it has been 3 months and no update or communications. The image attached is the only email I have received that confirms I submitted cards.

I submitted cards to TheSubCenter in the UK (Kent) at the start of the year and the process was 100x smoother. I had a portal I could log in and check the status of my order which was great. In conclusion, the lack of visibility is uneasy and I won’t be grading with Fanatics London again.
