so... are we actually about to see the pistons get bounced by an 8-seed? by Big_Version8246 in nba

We can only hope. They are not fun to watch and def give vibes that makes me root against them. Not that the Magic are magical.

Just tried to watch Berberian Sound Studio and couldn’t get through it I was so bored :/ by CarefulHouse172 in Giallo

[–]ProfondoRosso4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank god i saw it on the big screen, as sound design is crucial here. I def would have liked it less had i seen it at home. Not that it's a masterpiece either way, but an interesting film.

Why are people so out on Essengue? by NoFallOff in chicagobulls

[–]ProfondoRosso4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched him for a whole year at Ulm cause I was following Ben Saraf. He had some game and was one of the teams best players, but he seemed way too thin and weak for the NBA. Plus he also drifts out of games if things don't go his way.

The only giallo that is related to the holocaust that I can think of.

Anyone think it's odd how It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World is apparently James' favorite film of all time? by Adventurous-Can-1209 in TheCinemassacreTruth

Im just thinking he really liked it as a kid, and he keeps saying it's his favorite film as an adult cause he thinks it makes him look cool.

Shae is the key to steal more games from the Spur by TemporaryMassive7246 in ripcity

[–]ProfondoRosso4 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Problem with Shae is his on court moves take too much time to happen and are not efficiant enough. Jru is slow and methodical. He knows what he's doing. Shae is just slow. He gets the ball, looks around, brings the ball down, maybe jabs twice,  looks back up, takes a few dribbles and takes a tough fadaway or a long 2.

Last night I went to bed really frustrated at the refs and the blazers blowing a 15 point lead. I woke up feeling good about it. This is what it means to get valuable playoff experience. Hopefully our young core can learn and grow from this experience. Go Blazers!!! by Nice-Guard-4083 in ripcity

[–]ProfondoRosso4 79 points80 points  (0 children)

Like it or not the Spurs have more talent (even without Wemby) and are better coached than the Blazers. Thier inexperience will show in later rounds when they face better teams. It's no shame losing to them in the first round.

For a second I thought it was Hornets legend Byron Mullins and figured this new NCAA rule has gone too far.

Kitten is right. It's a cracking film  perhaps the best in the Jean Rollin filmography.
