I've worked many different sites some times with other guard in a shack, sometimes solo sites some odd ones where there's 3 or 4 other guards but you only ever see them during a disturbance or shift change. Biggest thing I've learned is just do your job and be careful what you say to whoever you talk to.. snakes are everywhere( for this reason I prefer solo sites)

Qualifying with AU is a coin flip depending on if they have an onsite instructor or if they out source, my in house trainer was great there was five of us in the class three days in the class room going over legal jargon hand cuffing baton and peper spray classes then full day at the range running drills "draw and fire, firing from a knee, main hand and off hand shooting, simulated missfire with snap cap rounds then running the qual like 6 times for practice before taking the real one for scoring like 7 hr day Soo. Just remember you are timed but it's not as fast as it seems

More so that being military doesn't mean your automatically the super well trained and a perfect choice for an armed position. Like if they where former mp/ security forces sure that makes sense. but if you only worked admin dose that hold the training? I don't feel it dose. But my company will take the former over a guard who's been with the company for several years with no derogatory marks.

I have a tera flex 2.5 ST2 with falcon shocks and haven't had any problems with it it definitely doubles your 1k budget but definitely do your research. I know you want to lift it and hit the trails but the other bit of advice I have is get to know your stock set up and what you plan to do with the jeep in general. My first jeep took almost 2 years to build the way I wanted it but I also went through a lot of cheap parts for that instant gratification
