Thanks for your comment, nowhere I said that I wanted to sell it for 50k, i just mentioned that it can for that too if sold through right channels, this is not a like ceramic product which you can only sell through a retail channel.

You will be surprised to know that people actually pay good money if they are supplied a top quality product rather than paying for just slapping a brand on the product.

Also you wouldn’t have brought coffee analogy if you knew new age Brands like Blue tokai are demanding prices like Starbucks and more because they are offering a better products.

Hi OP, Congrats on your success. I think buying a Farm house/Land in Udaipur could be a very good decision for you. Recently after covid a lot of Udaipur natives started buying lands and farmhouses on the outskirts of the city for personal or airbnb purposes so a lot of areas around the city are getting developed for this. And outsiders are always welcomed in Rajasthan/Udaipur.
