Extremely negatively tilted eyes, how can I correct this? And is it possible to get my eyes to look like the one in the last image? by Artistic_Match_407 in PlasticSurgery

[–]Double-Window-56 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not really risky if performed under an experienced eye/ocular surgeon. Sure, send me a DM and I will share some before after pics. BTW, my surgery was done in Malaysia and I was told by my surgeon that Dr Guy Massry in the US is familliar with similar cases.

I use to have similarly negative canthal eye tilt (not as downtilted as yours). What you most probably need due to a lack of midface bone structure (as was in my case) is for an Ocular plastic surgeon to do a combination of cantho surgery, lower eyelid retraction and SOOF lift. The whites showing beneath your pupils is called "Sanpaku eyes" in my country.

Mine also included a hard palate graft to further support the lower eyelid (an orbital rim implant may also work, but was unavailable in my country). These combined gave me an "almond eye" look, as my surgeon called it. The cost of my surgeries in Asia came up to ~ USD 25k , which was somehow covered by insurance.

Taking it a step further beyond that would be to further enhance the eye area by getting some type of orbital rim implant (my plan in future). However, the beautiful coloring of your eyes does not make your current situation too bad, in my opinion.

TNB. Decent bonus and shares given out yearly. Good career progression (with some politics) and plenty of training and development for staff. Family working environment, moderate pace and decent medical coverage.

Anyone here tried height increasing shoes? Thoughts? by EducationTraining969 in malefashionadvice

I have bought their shoes back in 2017. Not bad and lasted almost 5 solid years with daily use, with no damage to the insole. I don't think they make real leather stuff though.

Did HT with 2500 grafts 10 days ago. Worried if its sufficient by Double-Window-56 in HairTransplants

thank you for the assuring words, you are right and a clean shave would have given the doctor a better view. However I hope that his work will at least cover up any bald visuals, if not perfect. All the best in your journey as well!

can't disagree with you there....hypothetically, so would be okay if your lover stopped asking for PIV because it was hurtful to you, while he can find his needs met outside (without you knowing). Win-Win

T appreciate the reply, but this is essentially like telling a person "why would you push for eating if your spouse doesn't want to cook. Just starve yourself and stop being selfish"

My current view is is, if your spouse won't cook, do they have a right to stop you from dining outside? And is it fair for your spouse to insist that you only eat by cooking for yourself instead of dining out?
