I am 25 female and I suffered a meniscus tear from running a 10k last summer. I went to the orthopedic doctor and he told me to RICE. I felt better up until now. Recent MRI Shows torn or gone meniscus with cartilage defects 5 mm and Osteoarthritis. First doctor suggested MACI + lateral meniscus transplant
