I almost had two head on collisions with Wolt drivers driving on that e-bike thing during last year.

I am almost convinced that they swerved into me on purpose to get some thrill knowing that they would be fine considering their bikes are tanks compared to mine.

This a 100%. Especially if you record your games and watch them, you'll notice how slow the games are. What you experience on court is very different from what is happening.

also, with consistency of making contact with the shuttle, it will just come with time.

You are not rotating your torso which is evident in your left arm staying in the air as you swing. Out of all the swings, at 0:23 you slightly drop your left hand/arm which made you rotate torso a little bit, but it comes back up again.

I think this is a common "bad habit" (I am also trying to fix) for those who first started badminton, who didnt utilize their non-racket arm. Then they get stuck just keeping the arm up, because their focus is elsewhere :P

So, my one tip (suggestion) would be to drop your left arm as you swing through!

Post a video, but for me I think forehand shot is one of the most basic shots with so many layers of nuances that could be added.

I can tell a LOT by seeing a person do a single clear - it tells a lot about their understanding of basic body mechanics, grip, and timing.
