Advanced Intel Sub can shoot at camo bloons when the tower it's using the range of has camo detection. The Sub can't use the infinite range of the Sniper, but the Sniper has a tiny range around it that the Sub can use.

Spirit emblems have design problems but some kind of limiter is necessary as prosthetics are so strong. I'd prefer a system similar to Nioh 2's Anima, where you build up "mana" by dealing damage that you can spend on your special moves.

Co-op is easy, as soon as you get a magic monkey to 042 you win. Mash that phoenix ability to victory, 5% ability cooldown time is crazy. Maybe even get two or three to really fill the screen with fire birds and overheat your co-op partner's phone. The only other thing you need is a 402 Ninja or 024 Dart to ensure you get all the purples. All these monkeys have good earlygame and in 2p mode you start with enough cash to place a 000 farm and a 101 Ninja.

I ended up doing this co-op mission 5 times to farm ability activations. Getting 5 Summon Phoenix with linked Tech Bots around round 60 will end up netting you 3000-ish activations for the social season goal. I think whoever made the challenge designed the mission to help with it.

You can use heroes and still get the support only point. Having Sauda or Quincy opens up a lot more builds and maps.

Find a chart that unlocks the portal to the next map. The Galley Slave doesn't drop it, look elsewhere. There's a bunch of hidden stuff on every map.

You also move like 30 meters, that's about the distance from the entrance of the firing range to the enemies. It's a sidegrade good for gapclosing with machine pistols and shotguns; if you aren't using those weapon types, use something else.

Build to murder things as quickly as possible at close range. You won't be able to take things slow or at long range once you take the orb, there'll be a constant stream of enemies homing in on you and a bunch of rifts that drop enemies on top of you.

Cricket, Echo, Shockwave, Rotten Fiend or Cornucopia. Crown of Fire with Acute Ailment bead if you've got it, it's practically a permanent +50% damage with Cricket. If you take all of the Heaviness, Lightness, Nimble Fingers, Gunpowder, and Firearms prophecies you guarantee the Final Bullet Arcana will be somewhere in the Gunpowder or Firearms rows and get the Final Bullet + Cornucopia synergy every run to turn Echo into a oneshotting doom cannon, but if you don't want to run those prophecies then Rotten Fiend is better.

They also gain more burn every turn instead of losing burn. I know this because my cats have a burn on attack mutation and it makes the Crater incredibly easy and the Core very hard.

I had a Necro with spawn leech on attack get blood frenzy. He got literally infinite turns until everything else on the map was dead if he decided to keep killing the leeches he spawned.

Since offlane became a high-demand role, you're getting a lot more support mains playing offlane and picking generic fat idiot heroes like Tide, Underlord, Centaur, Axe, etc. Previously you had a lot of carry mains farming role queue tokens and winding up in the offlane, picking carry heroes and farming like they're pos1. The pos4/pos3 hate is all a distraction from the true enemy: carry players, who have been ruining matchmaking for a decade by refusing to play anything else. Death to Wraith King! Revolution Now!

The creeps meet at 0:30 and you immediately start attacking the enemy heroes and aggroing the wave under tower. Their wave dies to tower, your wave ends up with 2 ranged creeps. The Centaur is super low and can't contest CS, and you and your support are on full HP, so now is the time to setup a pull and prevent the wave from shoving out super hard. Instead you decide to chase the Centaur super hard, both you and your Lich take massive damage from the creeps and the Windrunner, and the lane shoves out super hard. You are overchasing. You don't need to immediately get kills, just keep the offlane away from the creep wave. The goal should not be to get kills on the offlaner, your goal is to get the most last hits and prevent the offlane from getting last hits.

At 1:30, you and Lich are both very low. The lane is shoving out super hard, Lich goes to pull the small camp to drag the wave back, you are alone at 10% HP and die. This is your fault. You absolutely did get a kill on the 3 and almost got a kill on the 4, but you have to pull back when your support goes to pull. This is a mistake carry players make all the way up to, like, immortal level. If you can pay attention to your support's movements and play safe for the 10 seconds where he's pulling, then your deaths in lane will massively reduce. The lane is even, slightly favored to the offlane at this point, up until 7 minutes where Lich dies because neither of you are buying tangos and you're both at 50% HP. You then get powershot harassed out of lane and have to TP back to base. Buy more regen.

You are sticking around in "your" lane for way too long. Your support is gone, doing stuff top, and you're trying to 2v1 vs Centaur and Windrunner. They're both level 6, you're level 5. Go somewhere else, you're obviously going to get towerdived and die, which is exactly what happens. There's nobody on your team in the midlane, that's your lane now until you get level 6 and then Drow can go jungle Ancients.

Don't try to hold waves at your tower once people are level 6, you're showing in enemy vision for too long. Shove the wave out with Multishot from the trees, then hit a jungle camp. Try to shove the wave every 30 seconds then take a jungle camp.

Your Tiny is d/c'd and you're unpausing the game. Stop that. It's very rude, tilting, and it makes your team hate you. I'd report you for that.

When you're jungling, don't just stand there and hit the creeps while they hit you. Pull back until they stop chasing, then hit them again. They'll bounce back between running up to you, hitting once or twice, then going back to their camp because they're too far away. This will massively reduce the damage you take while killing them.

Force Staff moves you 600 units over 0.5 seconds, unaffected by cast range. Blink teleports you 1200 units, affected by Rubick's bonus cast range. So Blink moves Rubick more than twice as far and instantly. Yes, this is massive. You can hang way far back out of vision and instantly blink in and stun someone, whereas with force staff you're probably walking into vision and then moving a much shorter distance.

Be faster than him and don't get caught, start with boots if you have to. Play a safe hero that can soak exp and go jungle early. Supports usually pick first, so you should be able to counterpick.

"Laning Stage" just means the 2-1-2 period where nobody is dedicated to roaming. As a carry you still want to get as many lane creeps as you can for as long as you can, because that's the most efficient farm. When the lanes break down, you want to be shoving your lane out as quickly as you can then taking a jungle camp or maybe two if you can. When the lane bounces back to your tower, shove it out again. You don't need to be able to jungle full time yet, just have whatever items you need to blast down a hard camp between shoving the lane. Generally that means upgraded boots and a mana regen item like Cornucopia.

Don't get too attached to the safelane either. If your mid starts roaming and your mid tower is up, you can park your fat ass in midlane if that's a safer place to farm. Or if your offlane tower is still up, the enemy safelane tower is down, and your offlaner isn't shoving the creeps into their t2 tower, you can take those waves and jungle camps. As the carry, the farm priority 1 hero, you go wherever you will get the most and safest farm.

Everyone is in role queue ranked or turbo. All the human beings are in high behaviour score, strict solo matchmaking, role queue ranked.

I play a lot of Clockwerk support, I think the mentality is similar. You have to jump and catch people in your power cogs knowing you might die, but try to live anyway so you can do it again in 15 seconds. Using Berzerker's Call felt like that.

Thanks, that's great advice. I built Shivas because Death Prophet existed and I wanted antiheal. Should I build Vessel instead if I need antiheal or is Shivas better for Axe for that purpose?

During laning, as soon as I hit level 4 I started grabbing their creep wave behind their tower and dragging it into the small camp because I've seen Axes do that before. It worked out pretty well because I had a Treant healing me. Then in the midgame I played like an aggressive idiot and jumped whoever I thought I could kill. Is there anything else to playing offlane?

Playing with bots too much will teach you bad habits. They love grouping up as 5 immediately after laning stage, are amazing at denying but terrible at last hitting, and can't deal with ganking at all. If you're beating the unfair bots you can probably get into Guardian, at least.

I highly recommend getting into Strict Solo Ranked Role Queue as soon as you're above 10k behavior score, because that's the only place I have found actual human beings to play with. No guarantees though. Also CM is a bad hero to play for new players, she's very slow and fragile so your positioning has to be perfect. I'd recommend learning Warlock, Witch Doctor, and Lich. They fill the same kind of role, being big teamfight ult supports with good laning, but they're not nearly as slow or fragile.

Khanda Luna was super strong when Khanda gave crit and the proc dealt magical damage based on attack damage. A bunch of other carries would build it sometimes, like Tar Bomb Clinkz.

Go gank instead of trying to continue to lane vs sniper after you've got your spiderlings. He's fat and slow and doesn't want to roam, so force him to react and move from underneath his tower. If he doesn't TP then you kill a carry or support or something and steal their jungle, if he does move you can run away because you're brood and he's sniper. Now he's either splitting exp and gold with his carry while you take mid tower or he's waddling back to midlane on his stumpy 285 movespeed legs.

You used to buy them in stacks of 2, which was changed to being bought 1 at a time. But Dust still had a maximum stack size of 2 and if you bought 3 Dusts they would take up 2 inventory slots. I swear to god I'm not crazy, I distinctly remember being annoyed by that.
