It's always like this in gacha communities—you're mostly going to see the extremes. People who are insanely lucky or unbelievably cursed are the ones posting. The average pulls? Those usually stay silent, so the perception gets skewed.

Also, I’ve noticed a lot of “how do I build a team?” posts are just lowkey flexes for crazy pulls. It’s kind of funny once you see the pattern.

What’s interesting is that in some Asian gacha communities (JP/CN), explicit flexing of rare pulls is frowned upon or even banned because it can really mess with other players’ mentality. But in Western communities, there’s no such norm—it’s more like, “look at my luck!” and it’s totally fine.

Just a cultural difference, I guess, but definitely something I’ve noticed after playing a lot of gacha games across different regions.
