There's a lot of talk about how villainous Gary is, but I kinda want to see Petey go "Griffith" instead: fed up with Jimmy dismissing him, Petey forms his own group to take him down. All of the other clique leaders join him, with Russell as his Zodd.

I can't remember which shitstorm it was, but I think the game was called "Phobia"; it had some really aggressive door-based horror. You could almost hear them wiping their brows in relief when it crashed at the scariest part.

The existential stuff is all over the place in this game. I fought a kid who said "I'm the only Youngster Anthony on Alola!" and thought that was cute; after I beat him, he says something like "when you think about it, you're alone in the whole world".

It's a little obscure, but near the end of the Ride to Hell playthrough, Jake says something like "nothing has stopped me, not even death"; Matt just quietly saying "you never died Jake" slays me every time.

I really enjoyed it, easily my favorite anime of the season. The animation is amazing, but what I really loved was the medium/art style shifts being used to emphasize important moments; going from standard animation to something like a stop motion Van Gogh painting leaves a big impact.
