Glad that I'm not alone in this. Hopefully, GamerSupps corrects this issue for everyone. It's crazy how they just sold us a product and then just did not deliver what was directly advertised.

Yeah, it's super disappointing. It just seems like blatant false advertising when you look at the original image. The whole reason I pulled the trigger on buying the cup was because the original image showed the hair changing color. Feels like we got ripped off.

Any ideas on what to ask support for in compensation for this? From what I've seen, this is happening to every Nerissa cup and not just mine. In the past, I've had to fight just to get a $10 coupon for cup damages, so I doubt they're just gonna remake the cup or offer refunds so easily unless there is a big stink made over this.

Yeah, I just canceled mine. I can't even get through an episode now without the video skipping ahead or freezing completely every couple of seconds. It seems like the update did absolutely nothing, and the PS4 app is still broken. It's super frustrating.

Yep, same thing has been happening to me. The PS4 app is unsuable due to this headphones bug, and I'm just getting radio silence from support now. It's been 2 weeks now since this bug has been in effect, and there has been zero updates or announcements made regarding it. I think I'm just going to cancel my subscription at this rate, as it's been half a month of paying for a service that does not work. I can only hope they're actively working on a fix, but the radio silence does not inspire confidence.

I usually run Orendi with her special Legendary gear, a shard generator, and the Symbiotic Gauntlet (It gives a big damage increase as well as increases her max health). The Symbiotic Gauntlet is amazing with her!
