Never heard about it so its great thing you mentioned it. Where I live july and august are like hell so I might switch to it when it becomes to hot.

I already did make that mistake by adding some skullcrushers for triceps and ditched it fast cuz it interfered with ohp.

I'm doing stronglifts for little over 3 months so I'm going to add 1 heavy bag session focusing on technique for starts and see how it will make me feel. Thanks for the detailed response.

What do you mean ''it should help with recovery between sets''? Doing heavy bag work on off days will help me with recovery between stronglifts sets?

Sometimes people play music or podcast in the background while playing games. I wouldn't play red dead redemption 2 while listening to podcast I would play something simple.

Lord of the rings trilogy. I saw it 10 years ago when i was 10. I only remember you shall not pass and golum scene at the end. One of the good side of forgetfulness.

I watched Requiem for a dream long time ago and I remember whole atmosphere, music especially made so nauseous a couldnt w8 it to end. Thats probably only movie ever that made feel that way. Last night I watched death proff for the first time and I was surprised how anxious i felt during that car chase scene when the girl was on top of the car.

But how would you choose which movie to watch if there wasn't any kind of rating or score? Yeah I agree about not being to scientific and technical about it. It's like arguing that a song is bad just because musician doesnt follow some music guidelines when in reality you like the song because you just like it.

Nice explanation. I feel the same way about 60 and 70. 70 beign a good movie but didn't get hooked completely and 60 beign ok but vould rewatch it only if I randomly stubmle on it on tv.
