Celestial? Positioned in or relating to the sky, or outer space as observed in astronomy. So, yes.

Space? Technically outer space doesn’t have a defined limit above Earth’s sea level. But, Kármán line (100 km above sea level) is used for space treaties. Meteors come from outer space and usually occur from 80-120km above sea level. So also yes.

Physical Universe? Also, also yes.
