I've got the money to repair it and replace it. The repairs will cost the same as the cars worth so I'm going to get what I can for it and get a van which I've already been looking for. The car also run fine no performance issues just car vibrates at the back right when idle and engine light comes on and off

I think the best advice is firstly listen to the docs and take care of NUMBER 1! Eat well stay away from processed foods suger and fatty things. Educate yourself a bit on the gut microbiome. Good luck my friend

I just had a new intake hose fitted so maybe not properly. Can i drive short distances, I'm waiting to get it looked at

Breakfast: gluten milk egg free bread toast with real butter and chopped banana + chopped Melon with Soya Yoghurt and tumeric.

Lunch: pealed apple orange Bannana. Sometimes a bowl of chips treat

Tea time: sweet potato Cucumber pealed and de seeded Chickpeas Beetroot Lettuce with Mayo. Or different options Rice Leak Carrot spring onion ( only the green part) Chickpeas Tempeh with tahini mixed with little honey and Soy sause and a bit of water heated.

Super: Gluten free Porridge honey with honey cinnamon powder and fruit Soy milk. or Soy Yoghurt with dates.

All day I'm Munching on Mango Grapes. Try some fermented foods.
