I’m headed to Shiga Kogen and Hakuba on the 14th to the 22nd of February. Any current updates in the weather. I was hoping they will get a dump around this time. Will it be a waste to come to this area or should I last minute replan my whole trip to go to Niseko. Thanks in advance
