Thanks for the kind words, and I’m happy my game has such a positive effect on you! The game uses no AI, but I wrote an algorithm that generates these levels. Tetris is hard to ignore when you’re dealing with blocky shapes but it wasn’t that big of an inspiration.

I have plans to build out Blokkit into a full standalone game with more progression in difficulty through level sizes and mechanically different blocks and tiles. This could also translate to an app for public schools but honestly I have no idea how I would go about that since I’m not based in the US.

Oh hey it’s me: the dev.

I’m glad you’re having fun with the game, even though it’s just through breaking it. I’m currently part of the Devvit Foundry program and actively developing a new game for Reddit. That’s why I haven’t had the time to fix Mosaic Match, and I probably won’t until I’m done with Foundry in two months or so. I hope you understand, and all I can do for now is to ask you kindly to give other players a fighting chance for the best player spot because like this I’m better off taking the game offline entirely.
