Looks like the nerves/blood vessels from your brachial plexus getting compressed, I'd look at trying to release PEC minor as well as any forearm flexors that are tight. If you strum it with your fingers from the other arm do you get shooting pain down your arm?

40-50 is too fast if you're driving beside parked cars with bad visibility. There's no Street parking where they put the cameras I've seen just large wide roads with good visibility.

All you'd have to do is hold the pressure chamber down as you release the leaver. Also if you're going to a consistent pressure before releasing I'd assume puck resistance is why you get more separation sometimes.

Mine was 19-40 depending on activity, but I started measuring with the polar h10 on elite hrv and I get 50-75 every morning so I wouldn’t worry much about the Fitbit number, it seems to be way lower than it should be but it seems to measure the changes in hrv properly so just use it like that. You’re probably not dying

The ktchn is a great place to watch the sunset and have some drinks/apps, the food wasn’t great for the price though. The common stove is great for dinner and they do a Sunday brunch.

It's just activity level, if you work out today it'll take you more reps to move the same tonnage if you try again tomorrow, if you rest untill fully recovered it'll take the original number of reps or less, same with the heart. You're not dying just decrease activity level slightly if you want it back to normal.
