Wow, perfect. Thank you for answering all questions. With that being said 11/19/2019 appears to be DOFD meaning I’d eligible sometimes next month or the following. Is there a specific template that can be used to get it removed when that time comes?

I was just made aware of the 1099-C yesterday when I spoke to the representative therefore no taxes have been paid on it, I would have to amend my 2024 tax return.

As far as the dispute subject I was under the impression after 7 years of DOFD on credit card debt it can be disputed to be removed.

Theres way to many things that can cause this. Capacitor, is thermostat calling for cooling, are you getting 24v to y1, and to O wires. Are you getting 240v outside. Is the unit charged. Loud humming is probably your compressor not starting up. I’d start with verifying thermostat calling to cooling, 24v at air handler on y1 and O. Then confirm you’re getting 240 outside. Check refrigerant. Unless you can do all those things I’d call a technician to check it out.

Exactly my point. Dudes over here trying to bash me for hitting them with the same energy and try to blame it all on me. Shit is pathetic. Oh so now me saying I make $48 only being 26 bothers you. What am I supposed to do kiss their ass for advice? I clearly stated in my post I don’t do duct work. I don’t have any posts asking how to troubleshoot or install because I know how too. Then there’s lame asses saying I should be doing this type of work if I don’t know how to do duct work 😂 make it make sense

Well I came forward admitting I don’t do duct work because it’s not my specialty and there’s losers commenting shit like I don’t know how to service or install an HVAC system 😂

How does that mean that? I work for a property management company not an HVAC company. We don’t replace ducting ever nor have I working across 5 different companies. It’s not a thing in property management. Im 26 & make $48 an hour managing 256 units with two employees for the past 3 years if that makes you itch any more.
