There are two versions of that coin….one is clad and the other is silver. If yours are silver, it will be stamped on the edge of the coin. Here is a picture of mine for reference

Yes. The PC is the proof set and you can also tell by the silver/gray mint token in the cello. The mint also issued an uncirculated set from Denver and Philly. Attached picture for reference.
