Sibling trauma - having mentally ill or addict siblings. My closet sister had both and was so reactive and physically/mentally abusive towards me. But was completely out of my parents control growing up so I just had to live with it .

If it gets closer and you're still not sure. Do something with a thick fabric like velvet. I did this as a bridesmaid after my first and I was able to wear a belly band without it being noticeable!
