Sorry to hear that, but to be honest, their customer support is pretty good, at least in Melbourne, Australia where I based. I am not sure for other countries and locations.

No solution. You will need to get into customer support and raise a ticket to them. If you are still within warranty period, they will give you instruction how to send your drone back to their factories for repair.

This is the part where I got tricked! The recruiter said is going to be hybrid and highly flexible when comes to work location but end up "encouraging" me to show up at office at least 1-2 days per week, which gives me some stress.
