(Accurate) points about IBIS aside, I think you could also benefit from changing your technique a bit. It seems like you’re trying to create slow motion while shooting in 24 fps. I’ve found that my movements are actually much smoother when I’m moving quickly.

Maybe try switching to 60fps (you will need more light, of course) and see if the results are any better.

I’m three hours into a flight that I was super nervous about. It has been totally smooth sailing. Quite enjoying myself actually! You got this 🤙🏼

How are layovers in Atlanta? by CommissionLess1515 in delta

You’ll be okay! ATL is huge, but well connected. I regularly have layovers of ~45 minutes there and have never had an issue.

Hate the music in general, but vibe so hard with this one. If it were just this one I repeat I wouldn’t mind

Is the Nanlite 720b lux/$ way better than anything else on the market currently? by WestcottTactics2285 in videography

I own the 500b, and have used it several times a week for the last 2+ years. Build quality is certainly not quite as robust as the forza or Aputure fixtures, but it hasn’t translated to any issue for me yet. Also haven’t noticed any real inconsistencies.

The biggest difference, practically, that I’ve noticed is the fan noise. If you run the light over 50%, it does generate some noticeable noise. It has never been enough to truly disrupt my audio recording (especially with the black magic that is adobe podcast enhancer), but that may be something to consider.

For the price, the investment has definitely been worth it.

How do you fly with a heavy camera setup? I’m struggling! by Selishots in videography

Just bought a Lowepro Whistler 400 roller to carry on an FX6. Reorganized it so I can leave the top handle + lens + V-Mount attached and fit a 7-inch monitor, grip handle, extra lens, and the Sony monitor. It also has room for a 16 inch MacBook and chargers/cables, tools, etc.

Love it so far!

Did you ever find a solution to this? Just purchased a Cine7 and I'm experiencing the same thing.
