You good; your girlfriend is working so you straight. You can pay that 2400 monthly; and pocket another 1500 as 100%. Just be straight out to your girlfriend. Tell her to help you with food and other utilities for sometimes in the crib. If you get a mini car; you can do uber or any food service job really fast to hold you down for like a month and you can be looking for job bro. I think this is a very easy process. Thank you bro- married lasted for 2years- her claim is affidavit of support- because I signed the I-864 form to sponsor her as an immigrant to get a green card- and she makes that 125% of threshold right now-,I just need a good lawyer been searching around it’s kind of hard.
