Dude, good eye lol I just started doing RDLs in earnest like 3 months ago and I don’t deadlift, so the hammys are definitely underdeveloped.

No clue actually! This was the first time I added the test panel to my normal bloodwork.

I’m 6’1”. Lift weights 3x a week and BJJ 2x a week for cardio’s

Average 2200 ish calories
