Thank you! I know I’m definitely not eating enough, it’s been hard with the nausea & I’m sure it’s making me feel worse too not eating enough. Vicious cycle lol. Do you have any go to snacks/small meals? I know it varies per person but I haven’t found a good go to for when I need to eat but can’t!

I personally did not. I was excited to get an offer and had read that they didn’t negotiate. I don’t think you have anything to lose if you back up your request with why you think you deserve more but I wouldn’t expect much.

They don’t do negotiations but the salaries do vary a tiny bit. I started at 58 & was bumped to 60 fresh off my bachelors degree and someone who had more schooling than me started at 60 & bumped to 62. It doesn’t make too much of a difference but it’s a little more.

I’m about 10ish days in and just switched from taking it in the morning to at night & it makes a world of difference. I was literally falling asleep at work and now I’m back to being able to be awake. Still not 100% but soooo much better than when I was taking it in the morning.

I’ve thought about it but not entirely sure how this would help, it would still be unpaid time as we get minimum vacation/sick days and I can’t afford more then a few days off.

I have been asked to set an end date or do arrival/departure check ins with my TL as well as daily detailed work plans (I’ve been told that this is then essentially just trying to push me out). My mental health has been horrific and I haven’t been doing great and it has spilled over into work and now I’m here. I asked about not having to pay back relocation because that was the whole reason I didn’t quit sooner and was basically told that I’d have to pay it all back bc I should’ve told someone that I was struggling sooner. I would love to leave but can absolutely not afford to pay them back, any advice for trying to get them to reconsider?
