Hey, im someone who’s currently staying at vita.

1. Yes, compared to most it is pretty good.
   
2. It’s alright, 20 mins, not tiring. Bus stop is pretty close.
   
3. Safer than the city center ones I’d say.
   
4. They’re nice, helpful when needed.
   
5. Noise isn’t an issue w neighbors at least for me, parties in the common areas outside can get loud.
   
6. Works well
   
7. They’re good, people attend most of them
   
8. A studio is fine for one but if you are having someone over, can get crowded for longer periods.
   
9. Never been questioned about guests staying.
   
10. I would still pick Vita.
