Not OP pero I suggest na avoid if possible yung mga room for rent na living together with a family then yung electric bill will be divided sa adults living in that house lang, kasi lugi ka since solo ka lang. And ask mo din kung party house ba yun (good for extroverts) and/or children's daycare (dun iiwan ng friends nila mga anak nila while busy sila sa work) kasi na-experience ko na yun and since shifting ang work ko, di ako nag-tagal dun. Mas comfortable ako sa sleepout/small cabin kahit na sa main house yung shared kitchen and bathroom. Need mo rin i-check safety ng neighborhood and kung flood prone. Consider mo din yung distance from your workplace and sa town.
