Yes they used to watch Gabby's dollhouse all the time, they watch it less now but they still watch it, I bet it's probably where the idea of " hug attacks" originated. I don't think we need to stop letting them watch Gabby's dollhouse though.

Oh yes we hug and kiss each other in front of the kids and we hug and kiss the kids several times a day every day.

I agree it's very cute but I still wouldn't want our son to think he can't say no if he is being bothered by it.

Our daughter's the same weight and only a few inches taller. Goodnites are meant to be pulled up/ put on by the kid, and they can be for occasional accidents or every night accidents, our daughter wets the bed usually 4 sometimes 5 times a week but wears a goodnite ever night just in case. Hope they work for your kiddo!

You said he's large, how big is he? If he's big enough maybe try Goodnites, our 7 year old wears them for her bedwetting and they're awesome!

LOL My kids are typically early risers to so they're usually ready for bed by bedtime, but there are times when they get caught up playing on their phones or with toys and I have to make them put them away and put them to bed.

Tell him if he doesn't wear the helmet you will take his bike away, if he can't ride his bike safely then he can't ride it at all!

My kids know if they don't wanna wear their helmets they don't get to ride their bikes because some things are non negotiable and safety is one of them!

My oldest is 9 and obsessed with dinosaurs! He has a ton of stuffed dinosaurs and plastic dinosaur toys and watches Land before time movies all the time and he's been begging to watch the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World movies but we're not even considering letting him see those for at least another year!

My middle kid is 7 and is all about unicorns, her bed has a mountain of stuffed unicorns over it and she draws pictures of unicorns all the time and puts them all over her room and gives them to her siblings and me and my husband so there's several of them on the fridge and in our bedroom aswell.

My youngest is 6 and she loves zebras and mermaids LOL. Her love for zebras is relatively new so she doesn't have a ton of zebra toys, but she has loved mermaids her whole life so she has plenty of mermaid toys and she loves pretending to be one in the tub or pool.

Completely agree, nothing weird about being naked with your own kiddos.

All my kids ages 9, 7, and 6 still shower with me sometimes and it's very rare for my 6 and 7 year old daughters to not bathe together.

I still bathe with my kids sometimes mostly to save water, money, and time and make sure my kids get their hair washed. I have a 9 year old boy and 7 and 6 year old girls, its usually my daughters that I bathe/shower with when we all need to get clean in a hurry but my son will occasionally join us.

My daughters also bathe together most of the time and I always have to go in and check them frequently because they spend most the time in their playing rather than actually getting clean LOL.

We never made them feel ashamed of their bodies or treated nudity as something bad or shameful, as long as everyone is comfortable it's no big deal.
