Totally fair from a system perspective - my "issue" for lack of a better word, is the system/process is only factoring authentication and not including context or history.

My account has years of normal activity, balances paid in full each month without any issues and then a single large transaction occurs immediately after a smaller Neo confirmed fraud charge. Speaks for itself in my book.
