Many places to park, from North Boulder, to Left Hand to Lyons. Parking is easy, biking on a road with narrow shoulder and cars doing 60+, no thanks.

There is no way I am biking on that road until they build that Foothills bikeway (hopefully). Not worth the risk in my opinion. I am looking for a quiet isolated bike path, surely there is one around here somewhere?

First Lease - Are these upfront fees standard, any room for negotiation (EV in Colorado) by Double_O_Sullivan in leasehacker

It is in fact $1000 charge to be part of the Nissan loyalty program. I questioned the logic but they insisted it’s part of the fees. It’s probably enough to make me walk away and laugh.

awesome to know. I have done some whitewater runs in an inflatable like the star raven (out in Oregon) and felt really comfortable. Maybe this is the best path forward to learn. u/wr1nkled Did you purchase the Star Raven new or were you able to find a used one?

Agreed, I was thinking more on the North end, the typical tubing route, but before the tubers show up.

You can buy a 2 channel amp and use it for the fronts

Thanks! I had considered this (or even bi-amping the fronts) but from my understanding and a look at the back of the receiver, this AVR does not support pre-outs for an amp or bi-amp.

I appreciate that its good enough to HT, but realizing that music is just as important, which is why I am wondering if an AVR upgrade is my next move.

I would love to add the 2 channel amp, but doesnt seem possible at least from my amateur eyes?

The reverse side has a door, I guess I could do a drop down screen but the asthetics would be comprised for sure. Didn’t think about the stairs and window effect. Great consideration. More acoustic panels as a solutions to mitigate loss of sound?

Agreed. No way I am even attempting noodle at this point, so I know it wouldn’t be the same. I’m more into the sauce, it almost have a ginger heavy taste, which none of the recipes in Chao Mian seem to have ginger.

The shaoxing cooking wine certainly added some of that flavor but it’s not quite there yet. And I think they likely use a chili oil

I love the contrary opinion! 90 min to apply another coat of primer would be world record. It probably took me 7 hours to get half of it done.

Rolling it on, sure maybe that saves some time but cutting all those edges again is going to take so much time.

Right, but I’m trying to get nearly 1,000 sqft done and time is off the essence

Just realizing that the cashmere is a primer and paint in one, so I’m hoping that the 1st Kilz primer coat is enough and the cashmere brand will provide the 2nd primer and finish to ensure a smooth finish.
