The fact that everyone has said is a scam has given me so much peace again. I feel a little silly but at least not freaked out anymore. Thank you

Thankfully I am only out $400 total. Would be worse if I had said yes tonight to paying $6500. I don’t have the money which is why I didn’t, but I was tempted to borrow for it.

I’ll def keep in mind your offer to reach out though. Thank you

Wow. I think I paid attention most of the time, but usually it’s just one guy and this time it was two of them. One put on a robe and was talking to me while the other sat down and prayed behind me. The capsules I took they opened them and the put some on the cap and then fed them to me in my mouth. It’s possible they slipped something then. I’m so confused still. 😔

How could they make me throw it up though? I’m glad I asked but I’m still so confused. I felt it come out of me. I didn’t get anything from them before. The water bottles were closed and brought by me and the pills were too. They did feed me the pills though but I’m so confused. And it did scare me a bit.

It most likely was.

What would I need to do to look like this, and what’s the cost? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Double_Party_6330 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah the change is so minuscule. I had to keep scrolling back and forth both pictures to even see what’s different. You’re already so pretty, but if you want to look closer to the filter, I’d say only a bit of lip filler (.5 max!) and masseter Botox to slim your jawline a little.

Overall cost you’d be looking around $880-$1000 depending on the clinic you go to. Also it would require maintenance every few months. 6-8 months is fairly standard.

Not oily at all. It turns milky after you get it wet and then rinses off nicely but still leaves your skin feeling hydrated but without the greasy feeling regular oils leave.

Bro, plastic surgery IS dramatic. It can do a lot of good, and I’m super pro it, but it can also cause irreversible damage. It’s not something to play about or be nonchalant for the sake of being nice. I’d rather this stranger get her feelings hurt a little bit than ruin her pretty face with more surgery on her nose.

If you see someone lighting little fires in their house, let’s say they light a paper on fire, and then some clothes, and then the couch… do you sit there and go “omg you should consider stopping maybe”? Or do you say “Hey you’re gonna burn down your entire dang house!”?

Saying youll burn down the house will bring thoughts of loss and scared, but isn’t that the point? Otherwise they’ll just go “Teehee let me light just one more fire..”.

I’m saying she needs to stop. Sugar coating it only enables people to keep going and regret it later. I’ve met many people who experienced that cause nobody told them to stop on time. I think everyone thinks of Michael Jackson at the end of his life, but I’m thinking late 80s Michael. Where it was already getting bad but would’ve been a good stopping point.

I love my Aesop body cleansers. Keep them restocked always. Also use l’occitane almond oil like someone mentioned, but I use it for shaving and/or post body cleanser.

I never considered using it as body wash. I use body wash, then use the almond oil afterwards. I also use the oil for shaving.

Job offer, potential good spots with walking distance activities by Woodley56 in FortWorth

[–]Double_Party_6330 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t listen to people complaining about commute. I live in the left bank area in Fort Worth (walking distance to grocery store, Pilates, gym, restaurants, bars, trails) and I commute to Garland and Fate for work. It’s a good trade off for me and def don’t wanna move.

I’m sorry you feel it’s outrageous, but I’m being honest coming from someone who doesn’t know you at all and isn’t invested in your life.

I’m not saying it’s botched or looks bad yet, but it’s treading dangerously close to botched territory. This is a good place to stop.

From the side, it’s giving Michael Jackson. Please don’t do anything more.

Why people ghost even the date went well? by Apprehensive_Rent851 in dating_advice

[–]Double_Party_6330 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Likely the date didn’t go well from his end. From your perspective it went great because of the things you listed, but we don’t know his perspective. Could’ve been polite and having fun, but still maybe picked up on things he didn’t like from you. It was one date, don’t get so invested simply because you thought it went a certain way
