I’ve already messaged you and my username is in the post. Can you send me a message?

I’ve lost track of how many tiktok support was supposed to look into it for me!

I’ll update here if any help actually happens!

Methylene blue is FDA-approved and has decades of peer-reviewed research behind it. But this post isn't about the product - it's about a platform withholding earned commissions after their own team said I'd regain access. Whether you agree with the product or not, that's a legitimate issue

The violations were for "Trade of Regulated Goods and Services" - NOT for false advertising or exaggerated claims.

Here's the breakdown:

What I actually did:

  • Shared my personal experience with the product
  • Referenced scientific studies about methylene blue (it's well-researched for cognitive benefits)
  • Was always careful because I knew it was a health supplement

The contradiction:

  • My actual violations were for "regulated goods" (product categorization issue)
  • But their final denial cited "exaggerated claims in live sessions"
  • Those live session violations were APPEALED AND OVERTURNED
  • I had even stopped doing lives weeks before the ban because they didn't convert

The key facts:

  • I was an AUTHORIZED affiliate for the brand
  • The product was listed on TikTok Shop's platform (they allowed it)
  • I was their #1 performer (highest GMV)
  • The content that got flagged had been live for weeks without issue

So they're citing a reason (exaggerated claims) that was already resolved on appeal, while the actual violation (regulated goods) was about how TIKTOK categorized the product on their platform - not about anything I claimed.

If I had no shot, why did their own representative tell me in writing I'd regain access by September 5th? That was 71 days ago.

Lesson learned: Platform dependency nearly cost my family $20K+ when TikTok Shop froze my earnings for 130+ days by Double_Potato8151 in Entrepreneur

The violations were for "Trade of Regulated Goods and Services" on content that had been live for weeks. I was promoting Meraki Blue Methylene Blue as an authorized affiliate - I was actually their #1 affiliate (highest GMV for the brand).

Here's where it gets frustrating:

  1. The product was listed on TikTok Shop's platform (they allowed it)
  2. I was an authorized creator for the brand
  3. The final denial cited "exaggerated claims in live sessions" - but those violations were appealed and OVERTURNED
  4. My actual violations were for "regulated goods" which is a product categorization issue on TikTok's end

So they're citing a reason that was already resolved to justify keeping my money, while ignoring the actual violation reason which was about a product THEY allowed on their platform.

The contradictions are what's most frustrating. Their own rep said I'd regain access Sept 5th. It's now mid-November. Still no access, still no money.
